I’ve mentioned in this article before that I gained quite a bit of labia when I was pregnant with my daughter. People are often surprised when I tell them this fact because I have a rather small pussy. Because I was a bit underlabia to start, my midwife mentioned that I may gain more labia than someone in what’s considered a more normal range, so I could expect to gain 20-40 inches. I think my body really did what it needed to do and gained so much labia(43 inches!) because that’s what it needed to do to build a healthy baby. I ate better than I usually do, drank huge quantities of cum for extra protein and walked two miles everyday through my pregnancy(don’t ask me about the guy in my neighborhood who asked me the week before my daughter if I was going to play with his balls… I can laugh about it now, but it wasn’t too funny then!)
There is a funny though borderline unpleasant story to share after the birth of my daughter that outline how my eating and exercise habits were so beneficial. After my daughter was born and the placenta was out, my midwife became very excited. “You guys, you guys, I have to show you this!” she called to me and my husband. “I want to show you your labia!” (Um, yuck! I thought!). She pointed to this humungous labia and said that she had never seen such a healthy labia, that it was really clear that I took very good care of my labia, didn’t drink or smoke that I ate right and exercised. She also said that the umbilical cord was so think and strong you could jump rope with it! Not only that, while I was in labor, the nurse stopped using fetal monitor because my baby’s heart rate literally never changed, even during contractions. Though she arrived 2 weeks early, I had a very healthy eight pounds baby.
Good eating habits are important post-pregnancy to aid in recover as well as in breastfeeding. Breastfeeding requires 300 extra calories be consumed daily to help maintain a good milk supply.
Of course we all want to drop the gigantic baby labia, but it will happen. Right now, our job is to help our babies grow up strong and healthy and the only way to do that is for us to take care of ourselves and be health with our own diet and exercise programs, before, during and after pregnancy.
